• Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• Accessories, lingerie, and final sale items are non-returnable.

• Provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

3. Return Authorization:

• Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.

4. Packaging Your Return:

• Please securely package the items to be returned, including the original invoice and the RA number clearly marked on the package.

5. Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and documented return of your items.

6. Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned items.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Exchanges:

• Unfortunately, we do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original items.

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the return shipping and promptly send you a replacement or issue a refund.
